Regression therapy

To live a fulfilled life in this lifetime, you may need to unlock resources stuck in your childhood and past lives. Regression therapy is a perfect tool to do that.

Our deeds have traveled far
What we have been is what we are
All that we learn this time
Is carried beyond this life

Lyrics by Dream Theater,
Song: “Beyond This Life”
Album: “Metropolis. Scenes from a memory.”

If your current life is affected by behavioural patterns that impact you negatively, repeating relationship dynamics…

certain illnesses especially auto-imune disease which indicate a self-distruction mindset, or unexplained blockages in your relationships or financial status, or you find yourself driven by persistent negative stories that you run in your mind again and again, regression therapy may be the solution for you.

Regression therapy allows clients to revisit moments of trauma that they may not even have memories of. They can be in this lifetime (early childhood or even in the mother’s womb) or in a past life.

Traumatic events experienced in previous lives, especially when they caused unexpected or young age death, leave an energetic and emotional imprint on our soul, which can reactivate in the current life, triggered by moments of vulnerability. Thus, the regression offers the opportunity to recount such moments and release the emotional and energetic charge stored in our body as imprints of such past traumas.

Regression therapy also brings a mental understanding of the conclusions we draw and the decisions we made at the conscious and subconscious level when such traumatic events occured, and grasp their full meaning and impact on the current life, giving the client the chance to change such impact.

Such energetic release and settlement of past life disputes, misalignments, promises or dynamics can have a healing effect: it free us at the energetic, emotional and mental level, and allow us to recover lost inner resources, blocked in past traumatic moments.

Regression therapy is for you if:

You have a recurrent medical or emotional problem, a behavior pattern or phobia for which they you do not find logical explanation and you have already tried the classic methods of therapy and have not been able to make much progress in solving the problem.

You face repeating issues in various relationships (e.g. you don’t trust men), or experienced the same dynamic in mutiple relationships (you have the perception of friends taking advantage of you, or experienced abuse in various forms in your relationships);

You have lost the apetite for life, and feel empty inside, like no inner resources are available to you anylonger;

You experience blockage or a glassceiling in a certain area of your life, e.g. you can’t overcome a certain financial level, or constantly experience money or material loss;

You have proven career, but find yourself at a crossroads – you feel missplaced where you are now, and either want a new career or feel stuck in taking action towards your dream;

You are in search of your personal mission, you want to choose your next step in their career based on values and connecting with a higher purpose;  and feel that the “logical” methods of therapy / personal development no longer help you;

You have already taken the path of personal development, and feel want to connect with your higher soul to discover a spiritual perspective on life.

If you find yourself in any of the above scenarios, or if you have an issue for which you already tried other therapies with no or little success, and want to explore more about regression therapy

How can regression therapy help you in your current life

1. Change patterns of behavior that negatively impacts your current life; for example, being submissive in relation to men, may have a cause in abuse lived in past life times or in your current childhood that you might not even remember;

2. Free yourself from fears or phobia; a fear of travelling by plane, may have cause in a past lifetime where you died in a plane accident; revisiting that past lifetime may free yourself from such fear;

3. Changing limiting beliefs that are not allowing you to express yourself fully or manifest your full potential; for example, „if I have professional success, I lose my friends”; „either I am rich, or happy, i can’t have both”;

4. Change a certain type of dynamic in the relationship with a specific person or certain types of people; find the energy and strength to get out of toxic relationships;

5. discover the emotional causes of some diseases and, through this, to give yourself the chance to make changes at the emotional and energetic level, which can lead to physical healing;

6. Unlock stuck inner resources such joy for life, creativity, power of your voice etc. and re-integrate them in your current life;

7. Identify a higher purpose that you may want to pursue, the mission of your current life, or the key learning that you are here for in this lifetime.

These are only a few examples of how regression therapy may help you in your current life.

Here are some examples of how regresion therapy helped my clients:

Regression therapy helped a client reduce her multiple eating intolerance. She realized that controlling her eating was a way of bringing some control into her life.

This was to compensate for the complete lack of control in her childhood when at the age of 6 (and multiple times later on) she had to save her mother from the unpredictable epilepsia crises. Regression helped her to relive the childhood trauma and release the freezing fear of those moments, stuck in her body. In the following months she started to eat multiple foods that used to cause pain, and the intolerence lessened significantly.

Have you ever felt that you are not well in a relationship, maybe one that is toxic for you, yet it feels like you are trapped in that dynamic and impossible to get out of it.

One of my clients had a years-long relationship with a man who is constantly cheating on her. She felt humiliated and disrespected, yet she continued to be drawn to the man. In the regression therapy session, she could see that she and the man had met in many past lives and every time they had a similar dynamic in different roles they played for each other, and she abused him in the past. Soon after the regression therapy session she was able to separate from him and put a stop to any interaction, gaining back her freedom.

Another client outgrew her current job, yet, she felt unable to leave that team. Regression therapy helped her free herself from a transgenerational sense of duty.

She was working for years in a glorious ionstitutional department that her grandfather set up. She loved the people there and the purpose of their work as a department, yet she felt it is time for her to step up towards a different direction. Despite this inner calling, she could not move out. During the regression therapy. She realized that she was clinging on this job for the love of her grandfather, like a duty towards him. Only days after the session she was called for interviews for a role she had been dreaming about for years.

Many times, we stay in jobs, places, houses, or relationships not because that is what we truly want, but out of loyalty for people we loved, and other times even for people we hated.  Saying a proper goodbye to people who passed may create space for something new in our lives.

A client was struggling with public speaking, hindiering her from fulfilling her dream to become a motivational speaker.

The regression therapy session traveled her into a past life, where the client was a little boy whose voice was put down by an authoritatrian father. The regression therapy allowed that little boy to recover his voice and fullness of his soul, and settle the relationship with his father. Literally the next day after the regression session, my client had an opportunity to speak to an event, and she felt for the first time that her voice was strong, and her speaking was reaching the hearts of the young audience

The main steps in a session
of Regression Therapy are:

5

Interview:

general interview to understand client’s background and past experience; and intake interview, which is focused on the specific issue / aspect that the client wants to resolve in the respective session.

6

Induction

into the past moment of trauma (in this life or past life). The regression therapy I am practicing is not based on hypnosys, but by using the physical body and bridging emotion to body sensation to image and other charges that the client experiences and reveals during the interview

7

Re-experience

the relevant moments of the past in this life or, as the case maybe, in one or several past life/s.

10

Catharsis:

emotional and energetic release and settlement of the trauma, and/or mental understanding; integration of the recovered resources.

11

Panorama view:

review of how the past trauma have impacted client’s current life.

metea_bullet 6

Out-take:

reflection on how such emotional, energetic and mental understanding can impact the client’s futurewhat the client wants to change with the awareness of the root causes of the issue

The regression therapy can be performed in person or online, depending of the client’s preference, the problem to resolve and the typology, as well the awareness level of the client. For example, for the clients who are very mental and disconnected to what they are feeling in the body, sessions in person might be more efficient.

A regression therapy session can last between 2 to 4h (rarely more), depending on the problem to resolve and how fast the client is able to associatively connect to the past moments. Usually, the first session is the longest as it includes a general interview to understand the client’s background. Also, it is more often than not that more than one session is needed to resolve a difficult or persistent issue, however positive impact usually occurs even after the first session.

FAQ

Is regression therapy the same as hypnotherapy?

Regression therapy is a category of therapy which involves guiding the client towards past moments, either in this life time (sometimes moments one may not remember with their conscious mind), or in past life times.

Hypnotherapy is a subcategory of regression therapy, where the induction of the client into that past time is through hypnosis guided by the therapist.

The type of regression therapy that I practice is named “Regression Therapy through Reconnection”, where the therapist is supporting the client to get to the past moment through bridging the client’s emotion to sensation, image, and/or thought.

Regression Therapy through Reconnection is different from Hypnotherapy.

Can I do regression and other types of therapy at the same time?

Regression therapy is compatible with other forms of therapy that address the psyche, being even an excellent complement to psychotherapy or therapies based on somatic and energy therapies.

How is regression different from other tools/practices?

Compared to psychotherapy, regression therapy goes beyond mental understanding, it involves an emotional and energetic discharge through the body so as to release the imprint of trauma from the energy body. This allows the release of charges stored in the energetic, emotional and even physical body, which opens the way to new perspectives, emotions and interactions.

Is regression therapy dedicated only to a certain age category or only to certain symptoms?

It is recommended that regression therapy be applied beyond the age of 21-23 years, so that the client has a certain level of mental and emotional maturity, in order to be able to process as appropriately as possible what is revealed to him during the therapy, but also to be able to integrate the conclusions and perspectives on these more subtle planes.

Regression therapy has the potential to access the subtle, deep causes of physical and emotional disorders, with beneficial results including in case of physical illnesses. There is a significant limitation in the effectiveness of the method for people with mental disorders. In these cases, one can work for them indirectly (through a method such as “remote session”, in which a person, usually the mother, works for her child).

If regression is about past lives, how can I integrate what I find into my life now?

Regression therapy can help you relive moments in your current life or other lifetimes that your soul has experienced. When it comes to past lives, certain traumas experienced in past lives can leave imprints in the subtle field of the soul, which can be reactivated in this lifetime. For example, a death by cutting off the head in a previous life can generate migraines in the current life. A fatal plane crash in another life can manifest as panic attacks on air travel today. The loss of a loved one in another life that left you with a feeling of guilt towards that soul, can generate a relationship of subordination or humiliation in this life towards a person in the current life who has a certain similarity to the one in the past life. A life of starvation in a Nazi camp can generate, among other things, weight problems in one’s current life.
