Ongoing group coaching program space for inner growing and mutual support for women
determined to improve their daily lives through more self-love, self-discovery and inner growing.
The topics we discuss and practice on together include:
Setting goals in alignment with personal values
Emotional blockers in achieving goals
Inner child – what is it and how do we transform it from a saboteur into a resource
Visualization as a technique for achieving goals
How you become who you need to be when your goal is achieved
2 sessions / month (every 2 weeks)
Wednesdays, 6.30 EET

English language; starting on April 10, 2025

Each session will have a specific theme that we discuss (theory) and work on (practice).
The facilitator will use a combination of tools: systemic coaching, guided meditation, regression technics, brain remodeling technics.
This is for women with very busy lives who:
Have decided to change the way they live their daily lives;
Want to bring more meaning into their lives;
Want to improve their relationships;
Feel they need support in setting and pursuing wellbeing practices;
Are willing to discover new inner resources and work on limiting beliefs.
My motivation
I set myself a higher goal: to support women to find their inner balance and their authentic self and align their life to their higher purpose. I am particularly focused on women in business, as they can amplify their impact not only in their families and relationships, but also in the organizations where they are leaders, to bring more empathy, emotional connection and collaboration in the business environment.
Women leaders with a Life of Purpose, aligned to what their heart really want, are able to develop a new leadership style, based on the principle of “power with” and not “power over”, a leadership style infused with courage, empathy and connection, in which the cultivation of collaboration, mutual support and community-based growth are the main mechanism for building economic development.
